Solexilla

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

The short version

Solexilla exists to find the right person to help you. You are dealing with a Social Security disability claim; there are attorneys and representatives who handle that work every day; our job is to work out which of them fits your situation and make the introduction. We collect only what we need to do that well.

We share the information you give us with those attorneys and representatives, and we are paid for doing so. That payment is how Solexilla makes money. Under California law this counts as selling personal information, and we say so here because you are entitled to know it before you decide whether to fill anything in.

We do not add you to marketing lists. We do not pass your details to anyone other than the representative we connect you with. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

If you would rather we did not sell or share your information, you can tell us and we will stop. See "Your choices" below.

1. Who we are

Solexilla is a referral service. We help people who are dealing with a Social Security disability claim find an attorney or representative who is right for their situation, and we make the introduction. That matching is the service, and it's free to you.

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, we do not represent anyone, we cannot promise any outcome on your claim, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Social Security Administration or any other government agency.

2. What we collect

Information you give us directly through our form: - Your name - Your phone number and email address - Your ZIP code - Your answers to our questions, which cover where you are in the claims process, your work history and status, your age, and relevant dates such as when a decision was issued

Our form does not ask about a medical condition, diagnosis, symptoms or treatment, and you should not put that information into any free-text field on this site.

If we speak with you by telephone, you may choose to tell us about your health or your condition so that we can understand your situation and match you properly. If you do, we treat that as sensitive personal information. We use it only to make the introduction, we pass it only to the attorney or representative we connect you with, and we never sell it to marketing lists or data brokers. You are never obliged to tell us anything about your health, and choosing not to will not stop us helping you.

If we record a call, we will tell you at the start and you can decline.

Information collected automatically: - IP address, browser type and device information - Pages visited and time spent, through analytics tools - Referral source and advertising identifiers

Records we keep to prove consent, because we are legally required to be able to: the date and time you gave consent, your IP address, your browser information, and the exact wording of the consent you agreed to.

3. Why we collect it

4. Who we share it with, and that we are paid for it

We share the information you provide with one attorney or representative, selected based on your location and your answers.

We are paid a fee by that attorney or representative for the referral. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, this is a "sale" of personal information, and we may also "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising through the advertising platforms described below.

We also use service providers who handle information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes: Cloudflare (website hosting and form processing), Google (storage of the information you submit, via Google Sheets), Microsoft Clarity (analytics), and Meta Platforms (advertising).

We do not sell your information to data brokers, marketing list companies, or anyone other than the representative we connect you with.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

5. How you will be contacted

By submitting our form you give express written consent for Solexilla and the attorney or representative we connect you with to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided. This may include calls and text messages, including messages sent using automated technology.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply.

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, by replying to any email from us, or by contacting us at hello@solexilla.com.

6. Your choices

Everyone, wherever you live, can ask us to: - Tell you what information we hold about you - Correct it - Delete it - Stop selling or sharing it - Stop contacting you

To do any of these, email hello@solexilla.com or write to the address above. We will respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

If you are a California resident

Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and sell; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of its sale or sharing; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, or email hello@solexilla.com.

We honour Global Privacy Control signals. If your browser sends one, we treat it as an opt-out request automatically.

An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with proof of authorisation.

Categories we have sold or shared in the past twelve months: identifiers (name, contact details), and information relating to your claim status as described in Section 2, disclosed to attorneys and representatives.

If you live elsewhere in the United States

Several other states give residents similar rights. If you live in one of them, contact us and we will honour the rights the law gives you.

7. How long we keep it

Consent records: five years. We may need to prove consent was given, and the federal limitation period that applies to telephone consent claims is four years, so we keep the record slightly longer than that.

Your contact details and answers: kept while we are working on your referral, then deleted twenty four months after the referral closes.

Analytics data: twelve months.

We delete information sooner if you ask us to, unless we are legally required to keep it.

8. How we protect it

We use encryption in transit, restrict access to those who need it, and review our security arrangements. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising, including tools provided by Meta Platforms and Microsoft Clarity. These may allow those platforms to build a profile of your interests.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
